Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 days from when it was placed. We ship through the USPS:
Order totals up to $50.00 - $7.75
Order totals from $50.01 to $100.00 - $13.60
Order totals from $100.01 to $250.00 - $18.85
Order totals from $250.00 up -We will contact you
I usually ship Priority Mail, but if I can ship for less with 1st class I will and you will get a partial refund of shipping. This method may be slower, so if you want Priority for faster shipping, please let me know.
OVERSIZED ITEMS, 12 X 12 CARDSTOCK & PAPER have a S&H fee of $13.60 which is due to special packaging & additional postage charged by the USPS for this size package. If we can ship to you for less, the difference of $1.00 or more will be refunded to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES are based on the shipping rates listed above plus a $15.95 handling fee. If your order cost more to ship, you will be contacted.
Pre-orders are products ordered with anticipated shipping dates in the future. YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER EVEN THOUGHT THE ITEM WILL NOT SHIP IMMEDIATELY. Orders which include a pre-ordered products will not be shipped until ALL products in your order are in stock. To have products shipped as they are released, you will need to order seperately by the release date(s). If you need an in-stock products shipped immediately, the order needs to be placed separately.
To reduce your shipping costs, if your order contains a backorder, the order will not be shipped until all items are available. If you would like your order and backorder to ship separately, please put a note in the comment box. There may be an additional shipping fee.
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused or defective products. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (see exclusions below) for items that have not been opened and are in the same condition when we sent them to you. Please email us first to let us know the items being returned and why. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return merchandise. We recommend using traceable mail in your return process. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or provide a credit per your instructions. Please include a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you if we have questions about your return.
Please keep in mind shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All returns must be in new & unopened condition. If an item is returned either opened or used a refund will not be given. Also, any item(s) returned that are opened or used will not receive a refund and will only be returned to you if you pay postage to ship back, otherwise they will be discarded.
We cannot accept returns on items that are not sealed, i.e. markers, inks, or Stickles.
We do not accept returns on a special order or a custom order.
All sales are final on clearance items.
When an item is defective you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item(s) and the description of the problem. We will take care of most defective items ourselves but some companies require defective item(s) are taken care of directly with them. We will assist you with obtaining their contact information.
We are not responsible for the delivery of the package once it goes into the postal system.
